Scaffold tags are used at all entry points to the scaffold to provide relevant safety information and a scaffold inspection record. The holder hooks onto the scaffold and can be secured permanently with a cable tie. Inspection results are recorded on the tag with a permanent marker pen. For a failed inspection the tag is removed and the tag holder shows ‘Do not use this equipment’.
