Ladder Safety Tags
- Tags & holders for ladder safety inspections
- For compliance with the Working at Height Regulation
- Can be fixed with cable ties, rivets or self adhesive strips
The Working at Height regulations require that ladders should be checked daily and prior to use as well as at defined intervals as part of a risk assessment program. Ladder tags are used to manage the identification, safety and maintenance of ladders.
Ladder tag holders should be permanently fixed to the ladder and the safety inspection results recorded on the tag with a permanent marker. A checklist is printed on the reverse of the tag to help perform the ladder inspection. For a failed inspection the tag is removed and the tag holder shows ‘Do not use this equipment’.
