Creating a bespoke engineering solution for our customers requires many stages, in order to ensure the process is entirely thought out, and that any challenges currently faced will be resolved.

What Does the Engineering Process Entail?

Once the design concepts have been formulated and signed off by our client, the next stage is the engineering process. This is where our expert team start to develop the design concepts, with the addition of engineering detail.

The engineering process consists of developing, evaluating and validating the design solution. We will produce accurate calculations, load assessments, and structural and analysis reports that are specifically designed to meet your needs.

These outputs will be reviewed internally by our experienced team of design engineers, in addition to externally by you. Before we can finalise our design ideas, we require client verification to ensure that you’re totally happy with the proposal.

Following client sign off, the next stage of the engineering process is to release our drawings for manufacture; and the detailed structured engineering reports that we’ve created will be supplied to you.
