At MIDFIX we constantly strive to deliver a reliable service. We have our own fleet of vehicles and work closely with some of the UK’s leading logistics service providers and to ensure our customers receive their goods when required.

We’re Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) Silver accredited, showing our commitment to operating safely, efficiently and minimising our impact on the environment.  We are also Crossrail approved and RISQS verified, all of which makes us a reliable supplier, qualified to deliver to every type of project.

Delivery service

Orders placed for items which are in stock will be despatched for next day delivery when ordered by 4 pm.  This service is available throughout UK mainland. This excludes the Highlands Islands and Isles. Any non-stock items will follow within 1-5 days.

Special deliveries are available, however, charges may apply. These include:

  • Timed bookings
  • Same day
  • Before 9am
  • Before 10am
  • Saturday morning

For orders that are required within greater Nottingham we offer an AM, PM and same day delivery (If ordered by midday). Please speak to our sales team for more information.

Returns

We only accept returns for credit that are unused, in saleable condition and in their original packaging.

Goods which are specially ordered for you cannot be returned.
