MIDFIX kick-starts the new decade by attaining the FORS silver accreditation for the third consecutive year.
Our mission is to “make life easier for the customer” through exceptional service so our ability to provide certainty of service is critical. We are committed to providing next day UK distribution through our expanding fleet so the customer gets what they want, where they need it, when they need it.
Maintaining the FORS Silver Accreditation supported our focus on customer service by improving safety standards and increasing employee engagement. The benefits of being a FORS member enabled us to utilise the training materials available. We offered regular training to our transport operations team through a combination of eLearning and toolbox talks.
In 2019, we grew our own fleet by 28% to meet our business growth. We have plans to increase this by a further 22% during 2020. We remain absolutely committed to managing road safety while reducing our environmental impact using the tools provided through our FORS membership.
